Specialat Empowers 3-Day Program: A Transformative Experience for Aspiring Leaders


The empowerment initiative founded by Multiple Award-winning Entrepreneur & PM Africa Under 40 Alumni, Oluwatunmise Adesina specialat, left participants inspired, confident, and equipped for the future.

The Specialat Empowers specialat empowers 3-day program concluded with a bang, leaving participants energized, motivated, and armed with 22 in-demand skills to shape their careers and businesses. Designed to foster growth, confidence, and professional development, the program featured interactive sessions, expert-led discussions, and hands-on training, helping attendees unlock their full potential.

Over the course of three days, participants engaged in; Confidence-building sessions to enhance self-esteem and public speaking skills, Storytelling in communication, teaching attendees how to captivate and engage their audience effectively, Personal and professional development training, equipping them with tools to navigate challenges, Hands-on training in 12 hard skills and 10 tech/soft skills, setting them up for financial independence and career growth.

Hard Skills (12), Tie & Dye, Baking & Catering, Makeup, Lashes & Nails, Shoemaking, Resin Art, Fashion Designing, Hairdressing/Styling, Beading, Yogurt Making, Crocheting, Photography (Photo Editing), Tech/Soft Skills (11), Website Development, Project Management, UI/UX Design, Content Writing, Digital Marketing Communications, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Product Design, Entrepreneurship/Marketing, Video Editing
